Nope. That's not a bug or something, it always sticks sideways, until you spawn a hunter and let it shoot it's flechettes. Also, the flechettes never sticked on living npc's.

this must be me. but the flechettes are sideways when they hit the wall. also they don't stick to npcs. it's VERY annoying and this must not be how it works. before the flechettes stuck to npcs then exploded but now thye don't and it just hurts them.

Flechettes from this and the shotgun started turning sideways when hitting a surface.
