Yes You Can But Give Credit to Cinnamon For The JR DD51 Diesel Locomotive

Hey bit of an ask but do you think i could modify and re-skin this model for my own recreation of the train No.825 from the anime The galaxy railways? i only need to change it slightly then add a new paint scheme. I can give you credit for the model. I also plan to add my version to someone's map and they should also be able to give you credit too. All i ask is that i can borrow the files for this.
