From a gameplay and RPG perspective, having an upgrade/scrap mechanic system is likely better for all units.
A well-done system can give a lot of variety - sure an upgrade could make a unit slightly better in their core role. But upgrades can 'specialize' units/add to their roles. A simple one is magic attack attacks (to help vs physical resist units).
I see some mods adding a lot of units, but with well-done upgrades, you don't need extra units + can have a deeper RPG experience.
One request would be to 'fix' the Blessed Saurus Warrior (Shields). CA made a mistake that they gave them 30AP instead of 18AP. This is more AP than even Temple Guard. With the extra MA/MD of this mod, it makes them extra broken and detracts from the fun (and balance between blessed units).
The mod is up and ready to be used.

I kept your advise in mind and made sure that not all of the RORs buffs could be acquired by one blessing
His mod simply tries to bring some of the lower end Blessed Spawnings up a little bit, while also making them unique compared to their normal counterpart. The Blessed Horned Ones don't rampage, which is quite good, and the Blessed Bastiladons have perfect vigour, so from my point of view they don't need any help
Mod has been updated and the buffs for the skinks has been changed. The Blessed Skink Skirmishers now has Soteks poison instead of normal poison, while the Blessed Chameleon Skinks have had their speed increased
Adding more blessed spawnings is something I will have to think on
Also, is there any chance of you possibly creating some Blessed versions of the Red Crested Skinks and the new Chameleon Stalkers?

I actually think it would be hard to get them into the campaign, at least for me. I am not that good at scripting, so to answer your question, not now, and probably not any time soon
I would love if there was a blessed version for salamanders, razordon and saurian

What about the blessed stegadon that loose 15 % ranged resistance compared to his "regular" counterpart, you can add it ?
The carnosaur is meant to be strong, and in my opinion the buffs it gets in vanilla are not that good to make it unique. Being better at fighting in the forest is cool, but very situational. The blessed Saurus spears actually have forest stalker as their buffs in vanilla, and yet I choose to buff them as I that does not matter most of the time.

Yes I know that, I actually thought I had kept it as I needed to change some vanilla stuff, but checked now and that was not the case. However, if a mod changes any of their attributes that part of one of the mods will get overwritten as a unit can only be in one attribute group.

I don't play SFO so I don't know. It is possible to use with it, but they will likely overwrite some part of each other as they edit the same tables.
