These are still some of my favorite high density assets. I tend to stick the 8x4 at level 2 and 8x6 at level 3 just for some workforce variety, and they're easy to decorate. Built in path is great too.

@JohnL You'll have to override the number of households manually. The harbor-2 and harbor-4 buildings are made in several sections, and RICO is only seeing the tiny 360-something sq ft entrance as the entire building so it calculates less than 1 household's worth of square footage. KL has the -2 listed as 30 households, and the -4 as 60. Change them once and they are all good.

Click on a building, click the [Realistic Population] button, enable (*) Override population under Custom Settings, change the Homes: value, click [Update custom settings] and you are done.

Missing Assets not listed are "Ploppable Grass" and "Ploppable Asphalt +" I hate having to load something and it's missing stuff not listed it requires.

I LOVE these but I cannot seem to get the population setting to apply to this with the realistic population mod. Any suggestions? It's showing as 1 household no matter what I try to set with Rico and the newest Realistic population mods.

The size and decor actually kinda remind me of a retirement center. Not intended as an insult, retirement centers are just the only kind of apartment rich enough to look that fancy where I live.

I had to turn off the Harbor Leasing Office in Theme Manager since it always turns itself off. (You can probably do that in the built-in Content Manager too.)

Same problem as others with the office, it's a growable and it's turned off. I'ts easy to whack-a- mole it due to the icon.

Love these, but I have the same problem as s_team337 and the flashing icon is kind of annoying.

Whenever the Harbor Leasing Office is built, it says that the "building is turned off". Is this a known issue, or is it a conflict with the other mods I have?

Not sure why this is happening, but the "leasing office" part of this asset is growable and can appear nicely in cities, but they are "turned off" and can't be turned back on, unless I'm doing something wrong? I don't think I am, as these buildings appear naturally yet don't actually serve a purpose.

@ali its not a problem. They use the same building. Unsubsidized if you're anxious about the loading screen mod

@cbudd no, apartments like this can be found any and everywhere, but I did base them on Harbor Town Square Apartments in Memphis
