I mean, even snatcher encourages you to experiment with your double jumps and dive cancelling in his tip, and figure out what to do and how to dodge properly through trial and error. Not to mention numerous videos covering it full clear and even no damage lol

I'm sorry but did you do ANY testing of this? Once you pass 3 minutes it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to survive the red ring attack after the tri-beam attack, since the shockwaves from that will still be around and you HAVE to dodge side to side rapidly to avoid the red rings, you will dodge right into one with literally nothing you can do. It might as well just be a "lose half your health" button for how bad it is. These two attacks should not be possible in this order later in the fight.
