Hi I have 4 different Rick Steiners basically covering the 1994 to 2001 time period (and also 4 different Scott Steiners also covering that timeframe). They are on pages 30 and 31 of my workshop. Sorry too much work for me to go back and forth copying all the separate links, but they are on those two pages. *I am regularly updating them all with new moves and parts, but I always make sure the workshop pages list all updated required items"
