I pretty much took a look at a similar mod by Alfie and modified it to also work with realistic sound, basically it just changes the volume of inventory full sound to 0
I use similar mods by other people to also disable breathing sounds in realistic mode, might make one myself, and also maybe another one to shut down the damage moans

Go to sound options and disable HUD warnings, that disables those
