the l4d1 police car and taxis can't have open doors but the l4d2 taxi and police car can open the doors whit bone tool

There's one picture that shows one of the police cars can have opened doors, but when I spawned them in and looked at their bodygroups, I saw no options for that sort of thing.

I believe the civilian variant can be made by changing the bodygroups on the taxi or police variant.
