Yeah after a little while of messing around with character customization I saw it in the eyes but it was blue like the eye color of the character I had, so I changed the eye color and found out that's what made it pitch black. Thanks for the help, either way.

You can set it as an eye part from the librarian's customization.
In order to display it correctly Set hue to 0, saturation to 0, and brightness to 100.

If it's a battle symbol in the Eye slot, then how do I obtain it? And if it's in the Librarian Customization screen, then it's bugged as it's either not showing up or is just completely black.
