It would be nice if you could make a PCU optimised version, so that not evryone who wants to play on Keen's Servers has to optimise the Modules themselves.

Hi @Enadiius I don't see why it couldn't be used for multiplayer. As @beragon mentioned just below, the merge blocks can be costly for PCU, but you can replace those with regular light armour blocks in most cases (and replace the connectors with conveyors at the same time).

The kit was designed mainly for designing ships/bases in creative, then blueprinting your chosen design for projecting/welding in SP or MP survival - so just swap out the merge blocks before publishing your blueprint.

@Gen.Knowledge is this usable in private multiplayer at all or only survival?

I really really like it, designed two orbital base for my faction with it. It's full of good idea and design. It's not friendly for Keen official server which has a really low PCU count as there is a lot of merge block which are costly.

Now we just need a version that doesn't use any DLC and replaces DLC decorations with modded items to give Keen the middle finger for spamming our game with advertisements. :P

Not often i find some thing that gets me thinking.. and wanting to design similar creation..

But this has done it :-) I have not got it yet but i see the DLC list.. The only thing i have against this pack is required DLC. If have them all then your set. But for those that dont then its a tease lol As they cant use it. I made same mistake on my designs lately. I included a ton of mods and some dlc... which will extremely limit who can or will want to use them :-(

If possible I would suggest making a Vanilla version of this awesome pack. Will get a lot more use. Imma thumbs up this regardless as its a awesome job and labor of love you have created!

Also making me want to make a similar pack in different style. And i hope you come out with a PACK TWO :-)

This kit makes it easier to start on a planet somewhere and then go from there. Sweet

I usually don't use other people BPs since the designing is most of the fun for me in SE bu what you have done here is impressive! Thank you so much for such an ingenuitive approach to building. This BP pack is a definite gift to the SE community!

this is awesome! I don't have all the DLC so that kinda sucks but the idea of making little moddules that fit together easily through the use of merge blocks is awsome

I made some modular glass dome habitats about 12 months ago that use 10x10 grid spacing and they still fit together perfectly, inspired me to get back into designing them again. The one thing that always made my designs hard to facilitate was having to dig out the soil so your stilts are awesome fixture to mitigate that.

I always wanted to make a hive like base under the moon.

Christmas came early.

why use the weld mod when you can just connect with merge block then remove the merge block and its locked as 1 and you can also remove the connectors when doing this and replace them with tubes and they will link up as well.

this is a great way to put modular blue prints out with out making multiple BPs or a world save hope more people put BPs out in this method
