the skill.cfg file has the options for the flashlight which is a dynamic light parented to the player via this file. any mod that also edits this file should be deleted for this mod to work, or if you prefer that mod then delete this one.

you can put the mod in the custom folder or it might not work because you have another mod editing the same file

I found out there is convars for the flashlight in the skill.cfg file, so i edited that a little bit and i got this. I don't know if you can do it with HL2 you'll have to check.
