@Roth I'm still not able to post anything on CFC so I left my instructions in my GitHub repository.

By the way, could you please edit your post in CFC, letting the credit of fixing music to me? I don't mind to share all the information without being credited, but I do feel so disappointed when the credit goes to a wrong person.

Kevin is a good modder and a friend of me. He created an animated anime leader mod, Murasame, which uses a novel method to set a 3D model and thus letting leader speeches to work, while I did the research on Wwise part.

@Dwughjsd Thanks, I did figure out how to get this to work. The part I was stuck on before was indeed figuring out where the ID's went, although I would still gladly hear your full explanation as more information for us (modders) to work with is always helpful.

@Roth These IDs are gathered by analyzing soundbanks (.bnk files) in Portugal DLC. Use Wwiser, a Wwise soundbank parser for doing so. I'm the creator of the method of adding music to this mod, so ask me if you have problems about its implementation.

I had a feeling it had to do with those ID's you put in the names for the Music Containers. I had searched through all the game and mod files for those ID's without any matching results, but I had no idea they were in the project's .wwu files like that all that time. Thanks, that solves the mystery.

I don't have a clear idea but here's my hypothesis. Copying structures in wwise might change their internal ID. You can open .wwu files in your wwise project folder and check the "ShortID" of the 3 switches (that refers to in-game music). Their "ShortID" have to match what's specified in their name. p.s. the .wwu files are just xml, you can easily open and edit them using notepad

So I've actually been looking at the Wwise project for quite some time now, trying to replicate the structure in my own project but nothing has actually worked to get the base game music to stop playing when going to my custom leader screen. I thought it would be as simple as copying over the Music Switch Container with the 3 Switches within it and include them in the Music Events the same you did in your project, but apparently it isn't going to be that simple. Only by editing the project you included in your uploaded files, I was able to get it done (although for whatever reason, it somehow includes the Atomic Era into the Industrial_Era playlist instead of the Modern_Era playlist, and I've no idea why it does that..) I'm curious to know what you did to make this work, because after having looked at it for hours, I can't find anything that stands out to me.

In it you can see all the events for conrtolling both in-game music and mod music. :HKFame:

Hey, I have a question about modding. I was wondering how you got the base game music to stop when going into the Priconne diplomacy screens in your mod. I'm assuming it's a setting in the Wwise project, because I can't find anything about it in your files? (Also, while I'm here, I just want to say your mod is awesome, with a good detail for attention. It's the one I've been using as a reference when I got started with making mods myself.)
