Player-led peace conferences confused me cuz i capitulated Macarthur and took all the states then assumed the a.i would eat up everything else but then they didnt so the West-Coast garrison peaced out everyone and just sat there.

I downloaded the Monuments mod then deleted it when i realized the mod didnt work with kaiserredux. I then realized that with this mod enabled, it still shows the monuments on the building menu which ♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything up. It was like it latched onto this mod and now conflicts with everything.
