Is there any way I could get these on a plane that doesnt have pylons for them?

I would say the particle count is on the higher end of the scale, if it is absolutely terrible for fps in MP let me know and I'll have a think of how to reduce it.
Under Pylon settings it's listed as 1x, 2x or 4x Napalm
I'll post the class names into the description
Simply place an aircraft in the editor, double click on it to open it's object settings menu, scroll to the "Pylons" dropdown menu, and set up your aircraft weapon pylons as you so desire.
If using the ACE3 mod, then engineer units with a toolkit will be able to modify the aircraft loadout if there is a resupply vehicle nearby, or however the server has it's logistics settings configured.
