Thanks! For anyone who read the change notes I've discovered that what I had isn't quite how the calculations worked. The mod still works and makes the quests more frequent but my explanation wasn't exactly right. Pretty much Whispers quests happened less frequently than I thought. I'll be making small changes to the numbers now that I better understand the script. When I post that update I'll edit the change notes to have the accurate data on how Whisper quests were calculated before/after my mod.

You brilliant person! I always felt the whispers were far too infrequent and you solved that problem. Cheers!!!! :D

Small but useful mod. I've always felt that Tz'arkan Whispers were underutilised, especially since the quests are often not that easy to complete.
