/workshop/content/289070/2435515770/
You should be able to edit it however you want :3
It's at /workshop/content/289070/2435515770/Boost.sql
Scroll down to the commented area where it says Unit Effects, and just delete the two SQL lines.
If I get back to Civ at some point, I'll make a separate one for you, if you'd still want it
Wouldn't be kind if... there was a version without unit boosts?
/workshop/content/289070/2435515770
When there, it's something like \workshop\289070\(Some random number)\Boost.sql
Edit the Boost.sql file.
I don't have this game installed, because this game is so unstable when modded that I cba anymore, so I don't know the random number. But you can edit the sql file to have whatever values you want :)
I've been dealing with helping a bunch of people with my Dormammu mod that I used that. Whoops.
\workshop\289070\2133141071\Core\Dark_GameDefines.sql
The modifiers are at line 289. Just delete the 'WOOF_TRAIT_COMBAT' line, or just change the amount to 0 if you don't know what exactly to delete and think it'll break.
After some analysis I found the issue is that if you load a saved game configuration, created prior to this mod being installed, it isn't included in the "additional content" and therefore isn't loaded.
This obviously isn't limited to this mod; it affects all mods and as far as I can tell you can't change what additional content was saved at the time.
Therefore; ensure you create a game config from scratch after installing.
