I just noticed, the Plain Carnage scenario don't correspond with the latest version (that I could find). There's an extra 5pt Grenade for the Germans, which is not the case on the updated scenario booklet. I have a hunch it's supposed to be there on the latest one, because the totals don't make sense otherwise.

Yeah. However that mod appears to be scanned. It's very good, but some of the components are borderline unreadable. :(

Heroes of Black Reach is an interesting one. We can't make an official mod for it because of the license with Games Workshop. However, there are high resolution scans of all the content available (done by me 🙂) which we can use.

Specifically, the following are missing: Asset x2, Intuitive x1, Tactician x2, Explosion x1.
In addition, I believe the "Primary Objective" Tactical Bonus tile should not be in here, at least for the base game. I don't know about the expansions. But as of now, playing some of the scenarios is not possible RAW because of the missing tiles.

I don't believe this has all the Tactical Objectives / Bonuses? It only has 6. In the updated scenario booklet, there are 11 (some are duplicated).

You're right, it's a darn shame that people believe they've been scammed by DPG instead of Matagot. I've backed most of DPG's Kickstarters since the beginning (2013) and they have *always* delivered. DPG is loyal to their fans.

If I went toward you it's because you are mentioned on the HotP KS page where they tell backers about your HotP mod. And since DPG mentioned you, I thought you were probably knowing something, more than me, about their actual situation.

Damn Matagot, what they have done is awful, especially since some backers don't understand and believe they have been scammed by DPG. I think I'll boycott Matagot from now on.

I said you're on par with TTS paid mods and to my eye it's not a joke. And I'll add that compared to the whole free mods system on TTS, you're easily in the top part. Just looking at your mods' screenshots is enough for me to think so.

Just to make sure it's clear - I'm not an employee or contractor for DPG and never have been. I'm just a fan who loves the Heroes System.

All my knowledge about the Matagot/DPG situation is from the Heroes of the Pacific (HotP) Kickstarter updates & comments, and from Discord. I'm actually not very knowledgeable about the whole situation. My understanding is that sometime during the HotP Kickstarter, Matagot decided they were going to liquidate DPG. They didn't tell DPG or the backers. They kept receiving pledges, late pledges, shipping payments, etc., all while asking DPG to work faster and deliver all the production files. Once all the files were received, they pulled the rug out from everyone.

So the DPG website won't re-open anymore? Damn this is disappointing. I had the 15% for life reduction, only usable on their website. Not speaking about the forums and all the tons of ressources, scenarios, etc which were available on this website. Big loss indeed.

The solo mode is what made me finally decide to get in, and I had the time (and enough money) to buy the whole Normandie & Stalingrad series, even most of the KS items while I missed the KSs (got them on Okkazeo).

Anyway, thank you again for these mods, you must be a good modder since I considere that the quality is on par, not to say above, with TTS paid mods.

I only have a rough idea of what happened to DPG. Here's my understanding --

For the HoTP Kickstarter, DPG started working with a new publisher: Matagot. Unfortunately that company lied to DPG and stole all the money earned from the Kickstarter. Sadly, HoTP will not be delivered and DPG as a company is "dead".

The good news is that the DPG team supposedly regained the rights to all their products. So it's possible they may revisit the Heroes System in the future. For now they are working on other projects to earn money to sustain themselves.

I don't think the website will ever go online again, which is a HUGE loss to the community. I would encourage you to join the official Discord group in case you have questions or want to learn more: https://discord.com/invite/57F5sak45m

Bonus Answers:
- The Solo Mode is not *currently* included in any of the mods but is *planned* to be included. I have a backlog of work for the Heroes of... mods and I'm also waiting to receive the Solo Mode files from DPG.
- I will ask DPG for permission to create a Stalingrad mod *after* I've added the Solo Mode and finished some of the other backlog work.

Hi, I just downloaded the mod and it seems to work fine. I notice it only has one scenario from the core book, and then the tourney scenarios. Are there other scenarios I can get, or do I need to set them all up manually? My copy of BR1 Edition came in a while ago, so no problem with the rules ... but ...

Really poorly explained rules, icons are not helpful, it makes the game really unnecessarily complicated.

Update - I migrated all assets to the Steam Cloud. There should be no more issues with downloading the images. Let me know if you still have any issues.

The root cause of the issues was that Google Drive was throttling people after they download 100-200 images. Moving to the Steam Cloud should fix this issue.

@Londo - Thanks for your interest! We would love to make an official DLC for Heroes of Normandie (and really, the entire Heroes System Tactical Scale range). Unfortunately, Berserk Games has never gotten back to us when we reached out (multiple times) about making an official DLC. Pretty disappointing :/

Please consider releasing BRO and the solo expansion as official TTS DLC. Shipping costs are crazy and US players probably won't be able to play until the end of the year.

Thanks for reporting Cann0nf0dder! Can you try reloading the mod a couple times and see if the problem persists? I've noticed that sometimes in mods with loads of images (like this one), that I need to reload the mod a couple times to incrementally download all the images.

Could you try reloading the mod a few times? That worked for me. If that doesn't fix it, please send me a friend request so we can try troubleshooting together.

I was able to reproduce the error by deleting my cached files from "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Mods" and then reloading the mod. After I received the error, I tried re-loading the mod and it worked fine.

When the "Custom" windows appear, I was able to download the files by copy/pasting the URLs into Firefox. That tells me this is a temporary issue. It might be caused by downloading too many files from Google Drive or Steam within a short period of time. Sometimes file hosting sites will "throttle" someone if they download too many files too fast.

And then some "Custom" windows appear.

I have some errors messages when launching TTS : "Can not resolve destination host".

Once you've subscribed to the mod, boot up Tabletop Simulator.

Then, select "Create" > "Singleplayer" > "Workshop" > (Search for "normandie") > (Click on mod's image)

You can also do: "Create" > "Multiplayer" to host a match, or "Join" to find a match hosted by someone else.
