Can you make a version that does RNG but doesn't have a script that changes the weapon?

I dont want to have scripts cuz i play multiplayer and i dont need VAC to eat my skin off and then feed it to me like a momma bird.

Yes third pistol is possible and certainly there are mods out there. They use scripts so you cant use the m on official servers. I have a mod that moves the scout sniper or the AWP to the pistol slot.
There is a mod which allows pistols and melee to be used simultaneously (I have version of it on my mod list)
There is a mod that adds a flamethrower as a melee weapon too!
