I had a look through the source, and it doesn't look like it does anything malicious. My guess on what's probably triggering it is "CategoryBuilder.cs". That file uses reflection magic to add a new category. If you really want to use this, you can do what marco says, and you won't get hacked.

I HIGHLY recommend you not doing that, though, since the mod can update at anytime to make it malicious.
