Yes, it's in line with the vanilla transition. Click the screenshot for a larger version, then you can better tell from the portraits.

Hello, first I want to thank you for all your mods. I have a question for this one : does the change of appearance depending on Atton being light/dark side or neutral still occurs normally with the beard ? I'm on a dark side playthrough and I want him to still have the effects of the dark side showing.

Do you maybe have a mod that includes his textures?
You can search your Steam folder for "P_AttnH1.tga" (1 of the 3 texture files), to see if it's in more than one location.
