3.13.0 broke this mod.
On my end, this mod is causing a "STATION_DESC" error when I try to build a megastructure. I cannot build them or select them. I am 99% certain it's this mod when I isolated it.

If you could somehow make the descriptions only appear when hovering over a megastructure, this mod would be even better.

Looks awesome. Just add it under UI Overhaul? I'm looking for more mods in this style. There are tooo many huge UI elements in Stellaris
