Xbox HUD 1/2: Dpad Menu + Xbox Spacing
Xbox HUD 1/2: Dpad Menu Only
Xbox HUD 1/2: Xbox Spacing Only
Xbox HUD 1/2: Hybrid HUD
I do know of a mod for Half-Life 2 that reworks the GUI to be exactly like the 360's, and it has optional packs for the PS3 GUI, and some custom ones for Nintendo consoles that looks really nice. Maybe you can look into that one?
Have you also considered working on a version of this mod for Nintendo Controllers switching the Y Button with a Nintendo X button and Nintendo styled D-Pad>
i fixed a bug the other day where if you played without icons, the game would still think the icons were "missing" even after you enabled an icon set or even enabled the full xbox hud addon. this might be related to it, especially if you were playing with different xbox hud addons earlier in your session before subscribing to the ones you mentioned
