I love the changes. he doesn't feel broken anymore but still very fun and fast. I was a big fan of the shine nspec though but that was kind of part of him being broken so whatever

Uspec is always mean to be a combo finisher as second to recovery, he have plenty of other tool for combo.

it actually feels a lot nicer to play as him, the only thing i feel is missing is a way to cancel up special, other than that, nice char

I found an easter egg where I can put sai's voice in a game. The problem is that it comes out sometimes and I don't know what the correct command is, can someone give me a hand?

One of my favorite workshop characters. Also, against Boss mode Hikaru (her CPU lvl 1) if you use the neutral special to stop the rock pillars it'll melt through the HP bar

it also works differently with other projectiles, like bat bat, she can't get owner ship of the ball even when hitting so you'll keep trading with the ball. she can only get owner ship after a side-b

found another bug.
when you shine a lynk ring, it duplicates and becomes a sort of a prop on stage that interacting it damages anyone
and then using a special move, it just teleports to the ring. It only happens when hitting the reflect hitbox

Probably a prudent decision to split these two. Though, the proof of concept of having two entirely separate characters in one workshop downloadable was wicked cool (laughs in Lucah).
