Looks like this is sadly not compatible with the "Global conflict" submod for Novum Vexillium. A shame I was looking forwards to using it.

My knowledge of computers, let alone programming, is limited. However, I will enjoy this MOD with the other MODS I enjoy! Thank you for your work.

Thanks for this, it's really nice to play old millennium dawn with cool espionage,
the only conversion left on my wishlist is Old World Blues, as espionage is the one thing untouched in it except for flavor renaming of upgrades (like distribute pipboys)

No. Black Ice is an extremely comprehensive mod, I've considered doing a compatibility for it. In fact the Foreign Assets Tab in Agency was originally part of BI. If you want to make a merge mod your welcome to do so.

Will this work with Black Ice?
