i didn't swap the cubes, i just positioned the first cube on the basement to stop the laser and then i went to the other button (with the heart cube on it) and using some very quick portal changing i managed to get to the exit door with the heart cube without using some of the white panels nor the cube swap
overall nice map! thanks for creating!
Some content I’ve used to learn: Tewan has a few videos called “portal 2 mapping” showing the hammer process (his hammer work is expert tier). Demon Arisen has some videos on the puzzle creation process. TopHATTWaffle has a huge collection of specific video tutorials on hammer.
@quatrus Thanks for all the support! Glad you liked it.

Alternative solution:
But exit doors are overrated....
...IGHT IMMA HEAD OUT
I did not consider that opposite guardrail, I can totally see how that would be misleading, sorry about that! I've updated it so that all of the guardrails block the cube now, thanks for letting me know.
The only thing the 1st update fixed was the companion cube pedestal working more than once, so as far as the basement area, I think what may have happened to you is the maybe cube landed perfectly on the blue beam? I wasn't able to recreate any situation in which it gets stuck as if it's glass, but it may have been a weird glitch if so.
A couple of minor objections about the chamber that were the main reason it took two days.
When first published, what appeared to be an open wall in the "basement" under the
central area button, seemed to be an invisible wall or very clear glass. :)) This changed
after the update, allowing the cube to be pushed, via funnel, over the edge & re-spawned.
Second, in the central area with the button, the guardrail nearest the button would stop
a cube in a funnel from passing, yet the guardrail on the opposite side does not. There
is no visual cue, that I saw, that suggested this differing behavior.
