Why not use a building option in the build menus for this? Instead of a shortcut that is. So I can go through the list of structures in some group and click plant trees.

Hello! Thank you kindly for this mod. I'm the type to fill in ALL gaps. I must. I did find a wee bug. I cannot rename anything (stockpiles, carts etc) while using the letter "P" or it throws me out of the rename mode. It's not crucial, I just avoided the letter P. Hahaa!

Even if you cant use them for foresters, if you download the "place foresters anywhere" mod it doesnt matter.

I think you're right. I was going to make it impossible to place foresters near trees planted using this mod. But I figured it would require compatibility with the save system. So I thik I will leave it the way it is.

I don't think the mod needs fixing personally. If someone installs the mod for that purpose then hey! They're having fun with the game, thats what mods are for.

But I'm pretty sure they'd opt for the Place Forestry Mod over using this one if they just wanted free forestry placement

This mod is intended rather for planting trees for decorative purposes. However, this is a big problem so I'm going to fix it in the future.

Well, you can place one then build a forestry next to it and bam, free wood as it'll plant new trees for free.
