My doc said motion sickness is in your head, and unfortunately pills like these only provide a placebo effect/don't actually work. Really hoped they did actually work irl :/

Currently, the only way to reduce sickness is through a forage item called lemongrass. This mod adds an item that's more common and lore friendly that lets you do the same.

So , i'm still confused. How would i use this ? what would warrant the use ? i'm still a rookie in this game .
