can't seem to edit the civic and ethics number (I've changed the numbers and saved the changes but not showing up in game

Cool. They have some nifty sounding choices but far too few points to use any but the highest bang-for-buck ones.

Thanks, BTW, this is much cleaner than mixing and matching and hoping things don't overwrite each other.

I know there are similar mods out there, but there are many that are just Ethic or just Trait, so I just put them together.
It's also compatible with Ethics and Civics Classic.

workshop is plagued with a lot of outdated mods like this, glad this one actually works
