If you use Vanilla Expanded it usually asks if you want to add the faction to the game, if not then yes for a faction to generate they need to be part of world gen afaik.

If I activate this partially through a run will they show up or does it need to be apart of the initial world gen for them to have a faction?

all the other race mods seem to have no issue im wondering if anyone else using the two mods has this since the mod author is on hiatus. it seems the windows don't resize properly leading me unable to change anything forcing me to Alt F4.

If you give them xenotypes, please don't restrict genes like with the others. Its not a fun mechanic...

I did't know how hard it is to go make the mod have 1.4 and 1.3, But I will like to be able to Switch between the two versions and some mods have not went to 1.4 yet.

Well no offence mate but if I can run this mod with 379 other mods and both DLC fine then you're either not using a version of Rimworld from Steam, have incompatible mods, don't have the requisite mods installed, or have a bad load order.

I highly doubt that because I made a colony of 100 braixen to test my PC's performance and played the map for like 8 hours with no issues using both DLC.

This isn't a reskin dude this is an actual species you either need to start with using one of the scenarios or from slavers and random encounters.

well i started a colony but the brais are not appearing i have them enabled and selected they just not appearing in the colony so i think it may need a update or remove the dlc

Truly RimWorld moment: if you dig up burried Braixen corpse some time later (expanding base, need more space, creamtion has evolved), it will still detain it's "fluffy" features (understandable), but at the same time it will be skeleton WITH THE EYES, and that's just hilarious. But maybe you'd want to alter that.
