At the moment this prevents star outpost from be constructed. It will say "system not within borders" even if it is an unclaimed system and you have the necessary requirements to claim it.
Tested it as a standalone mod in the 4.0 game update

Need an update to 4.0x because mod is preventing my construction ships from building a starbase.

This is one of the best practical mods. Is there any way to write these mods so it works with any version of Stellaris?

I tested it alone and with other mods, removed it midgame and added it, the bug was always there, though it is a bit inconsistent. I could screenshare the issue on discord if you want to

there is a second bug, for no cost my construction ship wants to build a station around every possible planet and star, I stopped it from trying to building 11 outposts in one system, here are three in one as an example [ I made sure that this mod is causing it ].

this means I cant use it, eventhough i love this addition. And I cant find another mod like this :(

Here is a screenshot. As you can see, I can build it, eventhough I dont have enough alloys. it goes away when i deactivate the mod.

@HexaRaven Can you tell me more about this bug? I haven't heard of it before and haven't run into it during playing.

Is there any way to fix the alloy bug? It shows a cost of over 1000 alloys, but the actuall cost is normal

Just tested it on the latest stable version of the game and it works for me. Can you tell me more about what's not working?

Uninstall a lot of outdated Mods and surely one of those was causing the conflict, and so far it works fine

@Darh This mod is not the cause of the AI's star bases not upgrading, I checked in Observe mode and I've seen several AI update their star bases.

the star bases of the empires of the A.I. They do not advance in the game, they stay as they began all the time ... I'm seeing if it is not some other Mod that is causing this problem, it would be good to corroborate this

This mod adds one building and one module slot to un-upgraded starbases and doesn't change any of the upgraded starbases.

Ha, i always do the same for my game, so nice to see someone posted a mod for it before me.

With my UI mod, i always add 2 slot for un-upgraded starbases, and each upgrade add two more, to a totla of 10 (two full line). How many slot do you add ?

Yes, it is save compatible but if you remove the mod you might need to up/downgrade the starbase for changes to appear.
