That is part of the scoreboard design and is the "spectator" display, if you select a seat colour typically red/blue the large on-screen display changes to the "player" display and that includes the CP controls

really cool packet and really well made workshop

i have some little things to report though. When you take out a scorboard from the bags, a panel displaying the scorboard opens up in your screen and there is no way to reduce it's size or remove it. Futhermore i haven't seen anyway to count CP.
