Other than that, the mod doesn't change anything that would affect the AI.
If I want them to slowly starve to death inside their settlement, I should be able to try that too.
I just felt that all attrition was a bit too much in this game and playing with the changes i made, it just felt fine. I'm not really looking to change anything.
Besieged 15 (=no change from vanilla)
Desertion 20 (=no change from vanilla)
Disease 10 (=no change from mod)
Besieger 0 (duh!)
- Besieged: No need to be fair to the besieged imo. They can choose to 1) sally forth or 2) wait for reinforcements - at a fair price, that may well be too high if an army is more then a few turns away. Makes it more interesting. The mod makes no difference overall (both besieger and besieged get -5) and I think besieging just needs a slight boost in order to further weaken the city garrison. It probably also allows the attacking force to be slightly weaker ...
- Desertion: is controllable by the player and can be avoided. A harsher penalty is justified imo.
- Disease: is much more random and effects should be less annoying than vanilla.
