I made a version of this gun that can be used by NPCs! I am not sure whether to upload it or not since it, naturally, uses some code from the original version. I don't know if it would get me in trouble for uploading it, even with proper credit, without receiving permission first.

Hello, @Walksthroughfire, you need half-life 2: episode two for this to work. if it still doesnt work, make sure you mount the game (the controller icon). Hope this helps!

one more idea (i promise) what about making the gun not only do direct damage but also have the Flechettes stick in the target and explode insted of just disappearing

its just a feathered dart kinda bullet. used in tranqualizers traditionally.

You can consider "flechette" as nail aswell. As far as I know, "flechettes" are actually used as an ammunition type for shotguns (real life).

Did you know you can flechette jump? Just shoot below your feet and then when they are about to explode, crouch and jump for a really nice big jump (depends on how much flechettes you put) You are going to need some armor and loads of health if you do this. :InjusticeCatwoman:

The flechette pistol is the same as the current default flechette gun, just that the viewmodel got replaced with the smg model.
