hey, you might have enabled the drgbase setting that enables wallhacks for the nextbots, try going to "DrgBase" -> AI settings in the spawn menu and check.

hey so i tried messing with the settings and none of them work they instantly go right to me with no hesitation no matter what they go right to me i tested it with multiple of the killers i was trying to make it where they dont instantly find me and they patrol as if it were a real game. That should be it, i completely forot about AI disabled lol, that needs to be enabled for them to work properly.

WAIT I THINK I MIGHT KNOW. Try doing it while having "thinking disabled" for the AI.

I don't know how possession works but maybe if the AI can't process it's ability to attack it can't attack while you possess it, or something like that.

Well now I really dunno why it's happening

Could it be multiplayer that breaks it?

Me neither I tried even with the addons, they still function normally on my end.

I did, doing stuff like +attack in console provided no change in behavior. So I'm entirely unsure what the issue is.

Could be, have you tried messing around with default binds on them?

It also might have something to do with my binds possibly

So i just tested them all out, couldnt find any of them that couldnt use any abilities or attacks. Can you tell me if you were playing on singleplayer/multipler,what addons you were using, anything that could probably help find the problem.

Nothing at all. I click my left mouse and trapper does nothing. The issue was happening on other killers with their right mouse abilities as well. Couldn't frenzy with legion or use Nemesis' tentacle.

What happens when you try to melee attack?

can any of you show me a video of what the traps are doing for you guys? I have tested him and he works fine for me.

is it normal that the traps close itselfs?

The trap thing is still happening even with the lifespan adjusted. The trap starts closed which is weird.

yeah im planning on replacing it when i overhaul him sometime in the future.

will you uptade him with his recent model rework?

Did you make sure your trap lifetime setting is set to more than 1 second?

How do I fix the trapper from stepping in his own bear trap as soon as I try to place one down? As soon as I left click, the trap spawns closed beneath his feet and it immediately says the trapper killed the bear trap.

Added climb ssupport, as well as an option to disable it.

Added hud while possessing.

Improved footstep volume.

Better stuck detection (should no longer crash the game hopefully).

Added stuck detection ( if they are stuck for too long, will teleport to a nearby spot.).

(attempt) to fix the nextbot looking up constantly. ( I never got this problem, so this was through assumption).

Changed Enemy lose time to 8 (from 20 lol) (this is how long until they lose an enemy when they arent visible).

Added a setting for enemy lose time.

Lowered FOV from 300 to 280.

They have to be locked, when they are just walk in front of it

wtf lol, never got that problem, maybe an addon is messing with drgbase?

that fixed it! although still, whenever possessing them, my playermodel is floating inside them and following them unlike when i possess the snpcs, is this just a thing with how possessing nextbots works, and you cant fix it? or is it something you plan on looking at

disable the snpc pack assets as well.

and yes for billy and wraith, i uninstalled their snpc versions fully and they have the same problem as wraith still

the vj base version is fully uninstalled and yet the trapper, and the wraith and billy nextbots move really fast and have their walking animation sped up so fast, also, for all 3 nextbots,
when i possess them, my playermodel is visible and clipping inside of them and lagging behind following me/the nextbot everywhere i go while possessing it
