If you add the following lines to building.ini, the plant can produce during the day without electricity being available:

$ELETRIC_WITHOUT_WORKING_FACTOR 1
$ELETRIC_WITHOUT_LIGHTING_FACTOR 0

since the last update it have issues. construction facilities will not repair it, cant store material there

@ all those having issues with Bitumen / Fuel Delivery. The Building has two different internal storages, but you have to lock them to one material each.
So I lock the smaler tank to only acept Fuel the other one to bitumen. From then on it works just fine.

If you got the same type of liquid in both tanks simply clear one out after you locket the input.

Or more precise: it takes only in one of the liquids. If bitumen gets there first then there is no fuel delivery

There are two storages. Use the larger one for the Bitnum and the smaller one for the fuel.

As others have mentioned I can't get DO to give it bitumen, same 0.05 tonnes in store as Alvin had. Maybe it needs bigger storage for the game to use it properly?

@Novu: My distr center will not send betumen to this building. No oder building have problem.

@Novu: I have checked everything. There are supplies enough everywhere and I also played around with the % settings on the distr center. Nothing works it seems. I can't set up an automatic supply for the mixer :-/
