for me game is to OP - garrisons are to big- all castles are safe both from rebels and most attacks

it's an intended "feature". The samurai retainers already have worse stats than the regular katana samurai, so making them have as many men as a regular samurai unit is just to make them more useful. Onna Bushi also have the same number of men.

Great mod and mod-friendly as stated, although my samurai retainers have 160 Men instead of the normal 60 but besides that it works perfectly
