Hi Fisher, could I please have a model database for Blender? I'm new to model building and would like to create custom troops for SWRP. I wanted to ask if I will get the model base, thank you.

The Fisher base is allowed to be used as a Base for GMOD, you can just download the Addon via GMPublisher and decompile the Models and then start creating your Models.
Atleast thats what the description says :)

Hey Fisher, could I get the Blender files to for the Base? I would be using them to further learn how to retexture models and then make some textured models for a friend. I can go into more detail of plans and such in dms.

@Top_Gun_Tyler check steamapps/workshop/content/4000/ then enter the addon ID (numbers in the url) into the search bar. All my gmod addons have been saving in here since some recent updates

This may Just be me and being new to this, but I can not seem to find the model in my addon folder. Even with having this and shared content both installed I can not find them, and I have ran the game with them to test them and they show up. So I'm just curious of if that's and issue or if I'm doing something wrong?

You need to compile with Insurgency or CSGO, not Garry's mod, or use a cracked studiomdl, in order to compile. The model with its bodygroups is too heavy for garry's mod.

When i recompile the mdl, i have this error on crowbar :

ERROR: 'EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION' (assert: 1)
ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'fisher\ctna\trooper\trooper.mdl'
CROWBAR: Deleted empty temporary compile folder "D:\steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\models\fisher\ctna".

MUCH BETTER. i really hope we pull the HD models out, they never really had a run.
It was the Classic models that people call "Chubby troopers". Then the HD models, but that was swept over FAST by CGI... and now weve been in an age of CGI since 2016.

Im sick of the low quality trash CGI models.
