@mariogoeller Hi, thanks for bringing this to my awareness! It has been quite a while since and there had been hard coded changes (Vanilla buildings can now by default build downwards, but there are more stringent checks for blocking barricades/structures when building structures)

For the downward building not being able to expand downwards, it might be the case, I would have to find out more.

It used to be that only the ones marked D can expand downwards. If they don't work now, maybe I will rework them or remove them or something.

Yeah, we figured that out after I posted this. I wasn't using the right structures. Back in the day I remember being able to place anything on cars, but I see that there are now special structures just for vehicles.

@Zuko If it is in multiplayer servers it all depends on whether the server has allow buildables on mobile vehicles toggled or not. In singleplayers there should be an issue.
This of course excludes buildables that classified themselves as "Structure" instead of "Barricade". (Since for structures you cannot really build them on any vehicles)

To answer the question, in short, this mod does not allow nor disallow you to build on vehicles, the restrictions lies elsewhere or it is hardcoded and "Structure" type buildable in this pack still won't allow you to place them on vehicles.

For fun dopey mobile fort though, with "Barricade" type buildables you can do a lot of interesting stuff building on vehicles :)

So just to make sure I'm 100% clear about this, this mod allows full base building on vehicles right?
In older versions of Unturned you were able to build on vehicles with no restriction. I really miss that feature and had a lot of fun making dopey mobile fortresses. Been trying to find a mod that adds that back into the game to some capacity.
