how do i get this skin for bars. I like the skin but i cant read circles as well as i can with bars.

If you mean receptors then you have to change the value of ReceptorPosOffsetY in skin.ini file in the skin's folder

Nice skin kyatta, looks clean. The anime girl is a bit distracting, can't say much more about the gameplay becuse I use bars.
