MUGEN's also a pixelated 2D fighting game except it's free and has a lot more coding and customization options

I really wanted this character to be avaliable for MUGEN as well.
It really looks like it should hit and would make landing with her a bit better
Some thoughts
- Dstrongs normally hit behind you. Peacock's Dstrong could jump back before rushing forwards to hit both sides and exaggerate the movement.
- Dair looks like her lil' feet should have a weak hitbox, and that might make it more intuitive for someone newer trying to hit someone right below them.
- She never comes close to touching the spring when she bounces on it. It looks a little unnatural.
- I spent a little while trying to figure out how to lob a bomb high before realizing it isn't an option. It's not important, but could happen on holding nspec or something.
