All the camera changes containing intermediate frames that is very dsitrubing to the eye. IF you are doing this with an illusion game like honey select and using VMDPlay plugin, ou shoudl get a newer version. It can eliminate the interpolation between camera cuts so the cut is smooth and there is no intermediate interpolated frames that disturbs the eye.
