@Harbige12 Not trying to hassle you of course, I know you do great work from all your past releases and and the current Kirby stuff. I appreciate all the effort it takes to do work like this on your free time. It's just disappointing knowing everything else on the character is nice art, and animation wise, but the kit isn't fun to play on the technical side.

You know, this character was a relic of its time. I want to remake her anyway.

Fun fact Anthem's endlag was much less than it is now. On launch it was even more for some reason but there was some patches that sped it up. Now it's only slightly slower than launch Anthem.

If yall want a good Sephiroth-esque there's Masamune.

I agree with the critiques by @iLongbow and @Poopmonger. I know you tried to emulate Sephiroth with a bunch of Anthem's kit, but she is way weaker balance wise (worse than base cast) than Sephiroth in Smash is. Seph has more endlag on his attacks than most swordies because of his big range, but Anthem has that endlag x2 with no balance. Seph still has faster short range attacks that recover quickly. The biggest evidence to me of balance being an after thought is all the extreme endlag like n-air not being able to chain into itself like it's obvious inspiration, not the tools working very cohesively with each other.

so, honestly, this character is amazing... in concept and almost application. however, much like the february comments, it is definitely held back. specifically, i see two paths for this character. more kill power, or more speed. reagrdless, the tipper hitbox needs to be larger. by speed, i mean less endlag and landing lag in general. also, the neutral special is too slow. she dies way too early and cant kill enough to keep up with most characters. too much risk for not enough reward. such a good character in design. i have faith.

i think this character has great potential but the character is really held back by how much start up and end lag it has

Ok so, this character is great, first and foremost, love the concept and ideas going about, its just there is a lot missing from this character that makes them effectively bad(not bad as a character, but like in terms of general balance), I know you tried to make the character balanced but its a bit TOO balanced, like, the difference between me and someone like a freaking Zetterburn, hell even a Clairen is HUGE. In a game like rivals characters needs to have solutions to every scenario, and this character doesn't really have ANYTHING?! It gets bodied. it needs generally better frame data, generally better hitboxes, I could put a TON of recommendations but I can't because the character maximum is too small.
