Bad news boys, It's seems that my latest updates for fixing a problem with unique indexes broke everything.
I will try to fix this in the coming days by re-releasing all my mods.

After further testing I can confirm that this is a bug.

@AranhaMaluco That's odd my units are tied to barracks and workshops so the HQ upgrade should not mess with any of that.
respectively:
-Dwarf Spear Warriors barracks Lv1
-Dwarf Phalanx barracks Lv2
-All Iron Guard units except the enforcers barracks lv4
-Iron Guard Enforcers (Rifles and Axes & Shields) workshop lv4
Try to see if this happens when you are upgrading the barracks, and tell me the specific units involved, please.

Added three new Iron guard units and changed the colour scheme!

@Zerg93 Yeah, more long spears it was a good ideia for the units with spears, so it will remind the badass Dwarves from "The Hobbit"

@AranhaMaluco Can't do that, sadly.
The Phalanx units have a specific Two hands animation for a two hands weapon= there is no space for a shield.
I could make an attempt to give longer spears to the other units, but I don't know if I can achieve that so no promises for now.

I love this mod, but you can give shields to the phalanx units too ? its more cool and reminds me of "The Honbbit" movie Dwarfs

The spears are small mainly because they are from other races (empire or goblins if I remember correctly), I'm not planning to change the current units anytime soon, but I guess that in the near future I could add new Iron Guard units with different weapons...and more grey ;)

A small suggestion, Iron Guard with spear & shield looks odd, the spear is so small, I think replace it with a hammer or an axe would be great. AND it's would be great if you recolor the shield with grey, which will make it balanced the outlook with the Iron Guard Phalanx.
