I checked with Circus DLC disabled and enabled, both worked.

No idea, it should work both ways. Maybe you can try other types of mods, if none of them works, it's more likely your game has problems.

no hurry, I just cant find a working stacking mod. All i have tried have had the same results. Maybe its me. Should I try it with the DLC enabled? I disabled it. Thought it might be the problem.

I'll test later, hopefully by Sunday, the game is not installed yet.

All items have normal stack values

no other mods installed. I do have the Circus DLC but it was not enabled.

Tested it out, does not seem to work. Started a new game with the mod installed but the stack sizes remain the same
