@64sb all the pics are .png and none of the settings are broke for me, If you could send me a pic I could help you fix the problem.

If you want a wallpaper with a bunch of low quality jpegs you can move around, and a bunch of effects and settings that are broken, this is the wallpaper for that. Otherwise, I'd recommend anyone reading this to learn photoshop and make your own wallpaper.

@Hoppykins i just finished the update and your character is in, i plan on adding variants of isabelle though cause i found a lot of pics i liked. neptune has the variant update as of now if you want to check out how it works
