For the +1 thing there is a checkbox called 'Use Max Ammo Per Reload' in the weapon script (near the bottom),below that you can specify the amount of ammo, so for a gun with 30rnd mags make the capacity 31 rounds and the 'Max Ammo Per Reload' 30. A reload will now load 30 rounds max

It's not an M4, it's an M16. There's a difference. The M4 was based off of the M16, but isn't the same thing.

Great work. Most certainly, the only actually usable M4 in the entire damned workshop. Everything else is just either held weird or animated like a pile of wooden bricks.
If only there was no extra camera movement on animations, but oh well...
I guess thats just me, personally disliking that particular thingy.

I think FN bought some of the rights to the M16, but it was invented by the United States
