2025, after the Apex Survival release, this block still works, no progression. I'm designing something to handle the results of refined stone I mine from my mountain reduction processes. I do the stone crushing to collect the gravel, iron, nickel and silicon, but when those dedicated overflow containers get full, prior to this, I've had no choice but to just throw it out to the ground potentially creating lag. With this, any excess just gets dumped in and I don't have to deal with it. Perfect. And with the whitelisting, even better.

No progression - would not be shocked if this no longer works on new SE builds.

If I'm honest I'm just looking for a better way of dealing with stone on my mining ships :D

its an older mod are you playing with progression?

So either something has broken...or I'm an idiot

But I cant find the block anywhere?
I've searched Trash, Disintegrate, Waste...
I've also tried looking through all blocks and I cant see it (but could be missed).

one way to increase its speed would be to add an inventory management script that funnels stuff faster than the default keen conveyor sorter speed. (Ingame script)

no. it just deletes anything in the inventory, if your using the sorter function to pull items into it then it will be limited by the normal keen sbc stuff that is standard

A great idea mate, all this time combating mounds of stone and pyramids of gravel and no-one thought of chucking it all in the bin. Hopefully it will sort out some of the drag created by to many blocks etc in the game. Thanks for sharing.

i just had a problem with it sadly. In multiplayer the client wasn´t able to use programmable blocks cause the right buttons, that would also be missing if you would deactivate scripts, weren´t there but the host still had them and consequently the script that was loaded on it wasn´t working right. It was running IIM(isys inventory manager) and after we removed the mod it was fine again. if needed i can get the mod list since i dont even know half of em.

this helps with an ore gen mod when i want just like one ore and other oddball ones like it generating heat and plasma reactor cells for some reason which dont go through small conveyors making it clog

QOL mods are my favorite and this is one to me. Using them on my mining rigs that have modded drills.. modded drills = more stone than slow ejectors can handle. This solves that problem.

I really like this mod but I have a suggestion: it'd be nice if the trash disintegrator had multiple conveyor ports, or if a 1x1 small grid version was available.

ok i have to say this that is the most over the top way to dispose of trash i have ever heard of all that tech just to incinerate the inputted items enjoy your award because that dammed well deserves it

Basically it first Analyses and breaks down the material into raw energy and information. it then uses the energy to create matter in the form of a magnetic tape. Then it takes the data and writes it onto the magnetic tape. Once that is done It runs the tape over a magnet. And finally using a pilot light from an old 20th century hot water heater, burns the tape. The hot air rises out of one of its hidden ventilation ports venting small ash fragments on the tape, never to be seen again.

Taking "What goes in Never comes out" into consideration, how does this thing work? Is it some 1-way portal to an alt.dimension or is there a black hole inside it, or a 1-way link to a destination with a black hole right next to it?
