I've made another garrison mod that is lighter on what it does. It should allow the use of any other mods that edit unit files, which the other ones thus far did not. Might also help with instability.

Game crashes anytime i try to load this mod. Happens even if it's the only mod on. Is it incompatible with Windows 10 or the DX11 1080 graphics setting?

Yes, the garrisons apply to the AI as well.
