Thanks for the discussion @LemonsterOG. It is ´only´ "RICO ready". As many asset builders offer. I have not made any specific settings. I recommend commercial. Or alternatively office.

@Yosh -- What are the RICO settings? Based on the description, I'm guessing it's either an office or commercial.

Thanks for the discussion. It is actually formulated a little ambiguously by me. The dimensioning ofthe facades and the coloring corresponds to the buildings in the area in the screenshots. It is a district in my city project "Aspethera" that consists mainly of vanilla buildings.

Do you think the facade is "correspond" the surrounding area(vanilla eu style building) in the picture or not?
