The mod's icon doesn't show up in-game because there's a space in the file name. Also, one of the ice pads (IIRC the one on the right hand path in the train part) sends you to your death.

Usually I don't comment on the levels I play, however this one was so great that I had to say something. Amazing level, had a blast playing it and finding all the secrets, hope to see other levels from you at some point. :)
